  I ordered food to go and it took them about 45 minutes to cook a burger when there was only 2 small tables in the restaurant. My burger was burnt. And they added toppings I requested not to have on it. The fries were cold. I did their online survey and the manager called me back pretty quick and said they would sent me out a gift card. I never received it and When I called to find out about it twice I was hung up on and the third time they said they won't do anything and I'm out of luck. I will not be giving them my business again.

  Cancelled order after waiting over 30 minutes for two small orders of wings. Server never offered a refill on drinks and was generally apathetic. BWW has apparently gone the way of all the other restaurants in Hopkinsville. We won't be going back.

  Been twice now to ensure not a fluke. Got in, got good food, and got out. Great service and food. Will be going back many times. Parking lot looks like it is a long wait to walk in and go straight to a table. Awesome.
